In collaboration with Polycorp, the Aria project feature two 96-unit concrete constructed buildings located in Halifax. Martell Mechanical Limited was contracted exclusively for the HVAC systems in this development. Utilizing an advanced air to water heat pump system we provided efficient heating and cooling solutions tailored to each suite. Individual fan coils, and individual HRVs ensure residents can enjoy optimal comfort throughout the year. Our commitment to modern, energy efficient HVAC technology contributes to the sustainability and overall quality of the Aria residences.
