In collaboration with Polycorp, this three-story, 72-unit concrete building is a notable addition in Wolfville. Martell Mechanical Limited was contracted to install all the HVAC systems for this development. Each suite is equipped with individual HRVS (Heat Recovery Ventilators), ensuring optimal air quality and energy efficiency for residents. The concrete construction enhances the buildings durability and thermal performance, contributing to a comfortable and sustainable living environment.
