In collaboration with Dora Construction, The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul, and The North End Community Health Center, this meaningful four story, 38 unit project aims to provide supportive housing for individuals without stable accommodations. Operated by The North End Community Health Center, the development offers 33 studio units, and 5 one-bedroom units. Special priority is given to supporting women, with 10 units dedicated specifically for them.

Martell Mechanical is responsible for the entire mechanical package, including plumbing, in-floor heating, and HVAC systems. We are proud to contribute to a project that not only provides essential housing, but also fosters a strong, more inclusive community.
