We utilized an innovative approach that combined off site manufacturing with on site expertise to create safe and comfortable learning spaces for students and staff.

In collaboration with Polycorp, this three-story, 72-unit concrete building is a notable addition in Wolfville. In collaboration with Polycorp, the Aria project feature two 96-unit concrete constructed buildings located in Halifax. Martell Mechanical Limited was contracted exclusively for the HVAC systems in this development. Utilizing an advanced air to water heat pump system we provided efficient heating and cooling solutions tailored to each suite. Individual fan coils, and individual HRVs ensure residents can enjoy optimal comfort throughout the year. In collaboration with Dora Construction, The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul, and The North End Community Health Center, this meaningful four story, 38 unit project aims to provide supportive housing for individuals without stable accommodations. Operated by The North End Community Health Center, the development offers 33 studio units, and 5 one-bedroom units. Special priority is given to supporting women, with 10 units dedicated specifically for them.
