In collaboration with Tate Engineering and PG Developments, this 48-unit residential building features advanced mechanical systems installed by Martell Mechanical Limited. Working closely with the projects engineer, we helped design and installed HRVs (heat recovery ventilators) and heat pumps in each unit for enhanced air quality and energy efficiency. Our team also completed the entire plumbing system and implemented in floor heating throughout the building, powered by a central boiler system. Additionally, we installed ventilation systems for the parking garage, hallways, elevator, ensuring safe and efficient C02 monitoring.
